Private Classes

When you want more one on one, or smaller group settings

Private or Semi Private classes are available for all apparatuses. If you are looking to try it out for the first time, want more one on one training, want to learn a specific move, schedule not working with our regular classes - privates may work for you. Email us and we can talk about what works for you and your training.

Typically privates are a 1 hour class that include warm up, stretch and instruction on the fabric/apparatus of choice.

To book a private you will have to create a profile on TeamUp to fill out all the required paperwork. Then we will create an event in TeamUp and send you the link. You can pay by CC or e-transfer. Private Lessons are $70 plus applicable taxes, and Semi-Private Lessons are $50 plus tax per person (up to four people). Payment will be required at time of booking.
